Marjorie joined the Benson/Quinlan Agency in 1988 and she became a licensed property/casualty agent in 1989. She works with clients on personal lines and commercial lines support such as claims and policy servicing as well as overseeing some of the technical aspects of the agency’s computer and organizational systems.
Outside of the office she can usually be seen reading a mystery novel, and she considers herself an amateur Sherlockian. Her love of books led her to volunteer to promote the work of some of her favorite mystery authors doing various book publicity projects on social media for them. She is also an avid theater-goer and she has a great interest in art and museums including, but not limited to, the Impressionists, the Ashcan School as well as fine art photography. Her charitable interests include the American Red Cross, Reading is Fundamental, and Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
