Personal Excess Liability

A personal excess liability policy, also known as an umbrella policy, is excess liability over and above the coverage provided by your homeowners and automobile policies. The personal excess policy protects you in the event of a serious liability claim where your primary limits are not sufficient. The policy is written in increments of $1,000,000, and for some clients a much higher limit may be indicated.
